Badger Association of the Blind The association first and foremost evaluates and assesses incoming skill level and determines the duration of training needed to reach stated goals. Training is imparted in the following areas: mobility, adaptive computer technology, activities of daily living, communications, low vision services, and social interactions. Contact details: 912 N.
