Focussing on the theme of ‘Achieving equality in education: New challenges and strategies for change’, the 12th world conference of the International Council for Education of People with Visual Impairment will provide participants the opportunity to exchange information, ideas and experience with educationists, practitioners and trainers of visually impaired people from all over the world. The conference will examine the challenges and strategies that will mainstream, and achieve equality in, education.
